Stocks Mixed (Mystery shopper jobs) Following Jobs Report

Stocks were mixed on Friday after a jobs report showed that the economy is still strong.
Feb. 2 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. economy probably created 150,000 jobs in January and incomes grew, brightening the outlook for consumer spending at the start of 2007, economists said before a government report today.
The U.S. economy added a weaker-than-expected 111,000 jobs in January, but the job picture was much brighter than first estimated in the final quarter of last year, a government report on Friday showed.
The nations unemployment rate climbed to a four-month high of 4.6 percent as somewhat cautious employers added fewer new jobs to their payrolls in January. Wage gains were even more modest.
European shares rose on Friday, as share gains from supermarket group J Sainsbury, coupled with weaker-than-expected U.S. jobs data, offset some sharp declines from telecom equipment maker Ericsson.
Bonds improved as the monthly US jobs created figures came in much lower than expected.
